SJR Executive Search offers high quality recruitment and interim management solutions within the private and public sector in the areas of Executive, Finance & Legal as well as IT. We are part of the Group Ogunsen (publ), listed on First North.

Our experience is that recruitment processes may often focus solely on filling a vacancy and moving expertise between companies. Sufficient time and force are not added to match the candidate to the company's vision, goals and values, which leads to recruiting the wrong people and increased costs.

At SJR Executive Search, we always start from the client's business perspective and future needs and link this to the candidate's own motivations, goals and values. A successful recruitment means that the candidate will contribute to the company's progression while he / she develops as an individual.
