We are looking for a Tax Manager Transfer Pricing to Group Function Finance, Group Tax, who will contribute to the implementation, quality assurance, and further development of Essity Group’s transfer pricing policy by applying your technical expertise and providing hands-on guidance.
About the role
In this role, you will independently lead and manage projects within the transfer pricing area. Additionally, you will assist in transfer pricing tax audits, tax risk management, and other related matters. This position works closely with, and reports to, the Tax Director Transfer Pricing at Essity. The role is based at Essity's head office in the Waterfront Building in Stockholm.

Key responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Tax Director Transfer Pricing to define and maintain global policies, processes, governance, and strategies related to transfer pricing.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
• Support and guide local tax colleagues during tax audits, providing expertise and strategic advice.
• Support and guide the business in transfer pricing-related matters.
• Ensure that Essity operates efficiently while adhering to international transfer pricing standards.
Qualifications
• Minimum of eight years of experience in transfer pricing within a global environment
• Knowledge and experience from other corporate international tax matters
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
• Structured, pro-active and organized approach to managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• University degree in law is preferable. Background in Economics or a related field is valuable.
