Treasury Operations Specialist
We are now searching for an experienced Treasury Operations Specialist to Sandvik Group Treasury in our headquarters in central Stockholm. Do you have a network within international banks and experience in cash management from a global treasury? If so, you might be the one we’re looking for!

About the role
At Sandvik Group Treasury, we are overall responsible for supporting our global organization in managing all types of financial exposures and coordinating relations with financial markets and institutions. The Treasury Operations team is responsible for post trade activities, financial settlements and cash pool management of the Sandvik Group. We are also involved in the month-end reporting and responsible for the reporting of intra-group holdings concerning cash pools. The team consists of five persons with a lot of experience and great team spirit. We prefer to work together at Sandvik’s headquarters at the World Trade Center in Stockholm, but we also offer the possibility to work part-time remotely.
Key responsibilities
As a Treasury Operations specialist you will play an important role in three main areas:
• Core treasury operations with daily routines including matching and confirming financial deals, executing financial payments, reconciling bank accounts and monitoring liquidity as well as short term cash flow forecasting of the Sandvik Group.
• Cash pool management including bank account management, maintenance of intra group bank conditions, power of attorneys and administration of user access.
• Participation in a variety of continuously ongoing projects on an operational as well as strategic level.
All three parts involve building strong relationships with both external and internal counterparties as well as with the core banks of the Sandvik Group. You will take on the operational responsibility for some of the banks on your own in your role.
Qualifications
You hold a degree in finance or a related field, with a minimum of three years' experience working in a global treasury environment. You possess expertise in cash management, cash pools and international banks.
You are a skilled user of Office 365 and we consider it an advantage if you have experience of treasury management system Quantum and payment platform Trax. You are fluent in verbal and written Swedish and English. Other languages are a big plus.
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented team player. You thrive in a position with many internal and external contacts and use your communicative and cooperative personality to build and maintain productive relations.
