About the role
The Nordic Collection and Recovery Manager is responsible for running the Collection and Recovery teams located in all 4 Nordic countries as well as any experts covering all Nordic countries from a collection and recovery perspective. In this role you are expected to support a large team in the strive to minimize risk costs while still ensuring compliancy with internal and external policies and regulations,this while taking customer consideration into account. You are also expected to ensure a good co-operation with other internal departments, risk committees and other stakeholders as well as ensuring correctness in monitoring and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. As a leader you are expected to work close and proactively with the team while still ensuring a structured leadership. In this role you will report to the local Head of AML, Credit and Collection. Your main responsibilities:
• Lead and coach the Collection and Recovery teams
• Ensure an efficient, optimal and proactive collection process
• Implement and monitor that internal and external current and new Collection and Recovery processes are implemented and followed
• Monitor risk cost development as well and other key drivers such as recovery rate and behaviour, this to ensure that action can be taken proactively
• Monitor the performance of the Collection and Recovery teams and follow through with improvements as needed
• Ensure that audits, risk reporting, risk controls are handled correctly and timely
You will work closely with other departments to ensure that business relations are taken into account and that Collection and Recovery regulations are clear and implemented in the rest of the organization.
Qualifications
We expect that you have at least 5 years of experience working within the risk domain focusing on collection and recovery activities and experience from a leader position. We expect that you have worked in a risk organization before within the finance industry. You need to be flexible in your work style and be adaptable to be able to switch from operational to strategic tasks and vice versa. You need to have a detailed approach and clear understanding of the impact of correctness in risk reporting. You have a thorough yet commercial view of the impact of the collection process for DLL, our customers and partners. In order to be successful in this role you should have skills like drive, trustworthiness, responsibility, compassion and structure. It is a requirement that you have a universal degree within economics/finance or similarly.

• Experience from similar service organization is preferred as well as knowledge from the leasing or similar related industries.
